1. Contact Vicinity by phone, email or online chat.
2. Vicinity will discuss the current needs of the client (or prospect) with you or the Microsoft Dynamics VAR.
3. Vicinity will work with the VAR to assemble the appropriate team to assist in the evaluation process.
4. During the evaluation process, Vicinity will provide industry resources to address questions and challenges.
5. During implementation, a Vicinity VAR (or Vicinity) will provide technical resources for training, configuration, piloting and conversion.
6. After implementation, the Vicinity VAR (or Vicinity) will help support the client with on-demand tech support, installation of updates and custom reporting as needed.
